Deputy of Golkar Bamsoet Encourages Air Vehicle Industry to Increase Community Economic Empowerment


LOMBOK (29/5/2022) - Chairman of the MPR and General Chair of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) Bambang Soesatyo felt firsthand the convenience of the Kawasaki BK 117-C1 Helicopter as a mode of transportation to support its mobility from Bali to Lombok, NTB to inaugurate the IMI NTB management for the 2022-2020 period. 2026 under the leadership of Dr. Lalu Herman Mahaputra (Doctor Jack). The helicopter is operated by SOS Aviation in collaboration with WiseAir as aircraft management, buying and selling jet aircraft, as well as selling chartered aircraft with Indonesian registration. Experienced in the aviation industry since 2008.


"The Kawasaki BK 117-C1 helicopter has a dual engine, with a passenger capacity of up to 8 people. The length of the aircraft is about 13 meters, the diameter of the propeller is about 11 meters, and the height is 3.85 meters, making it very comfortable to use. The selection of the Kawasaki BK 117 helicopter -C1 is not meant to show luxury, but because of the tight schedule of activities, so it requires a fast and comfortable mode of transportation. The Bali - Lombok flight by helicopter can be taken in less than 45 minutes. Landing can be done anywhere, other than at Lombok International Airport also in the Mandalika area," said Bamsoet after trying the Kawasaki BK 117-C1 Helicopter, in Lombok, Sunday (29/5/2022).


The chairman of the 20th DPR and former Chairman of Commission III of the House of Representatives for Law, Human Rights, and Security explained, in the IMI family there is the Aeerial Vehicle Club Indonesia (AVOCI) community / Club of Indonesian Air Vehicle Owners, as a forum for gathering air vehicle owners from Ehang 216, helicopters, to private jets. AVOCI is part of the IMI Mobility family.


"The existence of AVOCI is a forum for Indonesian air vehicle owners to stay in touch, collaborate, and synergize. Become a social force for the Indonesian people to be involved in community economic empowerment, as well as contribute to the progress of the nation and state," explained Bamsoet.

The Deputy Chairperson of the Golkar Party and Head of the Law Enforcement, Defense and Security Relations Agency of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry explained that the aircraft charter industry such as helicopters has promising business growth potential. One of them is also to support tourism activities in Indonesia which has a large enough area to reach.

"In addition to supporting tourism activities and providing a large economic multiplier effect for the community, aircraft charter industry players are also involved in the success of various world motorsport events held in Indonesia. In addition to using their business network to become sponsors, they can also be involved in providing transportation for racers and official crew, as well as various other VVIP guests," concluded Bamsoet.
